Artwork
Victoria Wright’s art is rooted in realism, with a particular interest in landscape and still life. Working in watercolor, acrylic, oil, pen and ink, and now charcoal, she explores light, texture, atmosphere, and the quiet character of everyday subjects.
She is especially drawn to scenes and objects that invite a closer look—the shape of a landscape, the play of light across a surface, or the small details that give a subject its sense of place.
As her work continues to evolve, she is expanding her practice through charcoal and other mediums, deepening her understanding of value, form, and composition. She is currently studying with professional artist Deb Miller in Corsicana, Texas, continuing to strengthen her technique and broaden her understanding of visual art.
